All data entered into NXS Clinical clinical tools is stored locally on your device only using browser localStorage. Data is NOT transmitted to NXS Clinical servers unless you explicitly save or sync it. This is your responsibility to manage.

Not a Clinical Information System

These tools are NOT a substitute for:

  • Your institution's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

NXS Clinical is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
