All AI-generated responses must be independently verified using current clinical evidence, institutional resources, and consultation with qualified professionals before any clinical application.

Patient Privacy

Do NOT submit patient-identifiable information, protected health information (PHI), real patient data, or personally identifiable information to AI features. This protects patient privacy and complies with healthcare privacy regulations.

Information Limitations
